The main goal of your training with The Original Poster Company is to ensure that you have practical training in operating the franchise from day one. The initial training provides the framework on which the franchisee and their Business Development Manager (BDM) can build.
The training is detailed in Operations Manuals, provided as part of the franchise. BDM’s provide their support in a number of ways; in person, by telephone, newsletter and email.
During your training, you will be introduced to the Originet system - an extranet system available on the worldwide web and used by staff and franchisees to communicate more effectively thereby streamlining business functions such as on-line ordering or sales reporting.
As the Originet is web-based, there is no additional software requirements and the system is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
