It’s a Hat Trick! OPC celebrates 3rd resale in 2017
28 Feb 2017
If you’ve been following our recent successes, you’ll know that we welcomed the dynamic Team Aujla in January to the Birmingham territory, and the lovely Beverley Potts to the Teeside Durham territory in February.
Now we have another addition to our OPC family – the Cadwalladers!
John and Michelle Cadwallader have purchased the North Wales territory from Angela Lloyd – a longstanding franchisee with OPC. We’ll miss Angela and sincerely wish her and her family every success for the future. John and Michelle are more than qualified to operate a franchise territory as they own and run their Spar Post Office. They’re energetic, great fun and very young at heart – no, we’re not just saying that! Staff here at Support Office found it hard to believe on meeting them that they have three daughters aged 23, 22 and 20!
Add John’s accountancy skills and Michelle’s top organising ability to the franchise and you can see why we’re so very excited about this recent resale.
We asked John and Michelle why they chose OPC and this was Michelle’s response:
“I just found there was more variety in OPC’s offering than any other greeting card franchise. Both John and I found the products were ones we could identify with and the quality of the product is undeniably better than the competition.
“We felt it was just meant to be – OPC is so friendly - there was no pressure on us to make a decision.
“We felt very welcome – from the moment we walked in. I know it sounds cheesy but you walk in and people stand up and greet you. We liked that.”
As John and Michelle join their Business Development Manager, Dawn Hammond this week for training in the field, their franchise is already earning money for them!
Being a resale, the territory has come fully stocked with an existing customer base and cash-flow, and with the reassurance of being part of a franchise network; John and Michelle can confidently focus on developing the huge potential still available in their new venture.
